The Detex 09DMS626 is a high-durability, wide stile outside lever trim designed for use with 30 Series mortise exit devices, configured with the 09 function (key-operated entry). Constructed for heavy-use environments, this trim features a "S" style lever on a wide escutcheon and supports access control by permitting entrance only when the lever is released by key—the key is removable only when locked.

Detex wide stile trims are engineered for easy maintenance and reconfiguration. The modular trim mounting system allows the function to be changed simply by swapping the trim—without removing the panic device from the door. Designed to match the durability of Detex exit hardware, this trim offers vandal-resistant features including a break-away clutch mechanism that allows the lever to drop and reset after abuse, preventing permanent damage.

The trim is factory prepped for Right Hand Reverse (RHR) handing, and features a 626 / US26D brushed chrome finish, ideal for modern commercial settings such as schools, hospitals, and secure retail environments.
