However, under some circumstances a transfer of personal information to a third party without monetary consideration may be considered a “sale” under California law. If you submit a request to stop selling your personal information, we will stop making such transfers. The personal information we collect depends on your relationship with ZenSupply. We collect personal information from the following people:

Transaction Security

We electronically verify each transaction with the credit company, processing only those orders if the credit company so authorizes it. In the case of a suspicious or declined transaction, our company may contact you to confirm the validity and ensure your identity, or cancel that order with full notification.

 

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input at 128-bit strength. On most web browsers, a secure connection is symbolized by a small padlock in the address bar, and the address of the window changing from https:// to https://. In the event that an order cannot be completed, please contact our Customer Service. If our website cannot establish a secure connection, we will not risk your confidential information (it will not be transmitted).

 

SMS Terms of Use

ZenSupply may utilize SMS or MMS services to communicate with users. Communication may include, but is not limited to, order status, shipping status, and delivery status. SMS may be sent if a subscriber has a mobile phone number. The user is responsible for any and all data charges and standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary by user.

A user may also opt in to receive special notifications that may contain links to products on our site or other links ZenSupply deems, in its sole discretion, to provide a good user experience and may be of value to the user. MMS service is used to send messages of product photos to and from the user.

 

 

What is the cost of SMS?

There is no additional charge for ZenSupply SMS services. However, normal package deductions and text message and data rates may apply. Please check with your carrier for details on your plan.

What carriers are compatible with SMS?

Common carriers may be supported, but ZenSupply makes no commitment, express or implied, to support any carrier. ZenSupply shall not be held liable for any delayed messages or content.

Are there any additional charges associated with this service?

Standard message and data rates apply to all text messages. Message rates differ from carrier to carrier. Please contact your wireless service provider to inquire about the details specific to your plan.

Is SMS service available to international users?

Currently, this service is only available to domestic service plans within the United States.

Cookies

What are cookies?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features such as the storage of items in your Shopping Cart. Browser Push Notifications

New visitors to the ZenSupply site may receive a pop-up prompt asking if they would like to allow or block notifications.  If notifications are allowed, the user has opted in to promotional notifications. If the user blocks notifications, they are opted out. If the pop-up prompt is closed out within a response, the user will receive the prompt at the start of each subsequent session. If the user wishes to opt out in the future, they can clear their cookies to get the allow/block option again.

Do Not Track Information

Enabling/disabling the Do Not Track feature in your browser does not ensure that all websites you visit will respond to the request. ZenSupply does not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time. Third-party advertisers on ZenSupply may or may not respond to these requests.
