Emtek's sideplate entry sets use traditional American latches complete with a variety of trim styles, handcrafted from authentic materials. With a passage function, the door is always operable from either side. The door is opened by your choice of a variety of knob and lever options. Uncompromisingly rugged and beautifully crafted, these latches are suitable for the very finest homes.

- Constructed from solid forged brass for a substantial feel and smoothness.
- Installs quickly and easily with included door template.

Keyed Entry (Single Cylinder) Function: Single cylinder keyed entry door hardware is locked and unlocked from the exterior using a key and can be locked and unlocked from the interior using the locking mechanism. Perfect for securing entrances, side doors, and anywhere else that needs a bit more security.

Finish: The 8821 Passage Wilshire Single Keyed Sideplate comes in Satin Brass (US4), French Antique (US7), Oil Rubbed Bronze (US10B), Polished Nickel (US14), Satin Nickel (US15), Pewter (US15A), Flat Black (US19), Polished Chrome (US26), Lifetime Brass (US3-Lifetime), and Unlacquered Brass (US3NL) finish.

* Ordering: All Emtek Sideplate Locksets are sold as complete units with Sideplate and Knob or Lever. Emtek requires a knob or lever to be picked with the sideplate. To order the Knob or Lever please see "Companion Items" above. You can choose any Emtek Knob or Lever style with any handing to work with your Sideplate. The price of the Sideplate Lockset covers both the knob or lever and the Sideplate.

Door Range: 1-1/4" - 1-3/4" (Pin & Tumbler).
Backset: All Emtek Locksets come standard with 2-3/8" Backset and Square Corner Latch (Face: 2-1/4" x 1"). If you need 2-3/4" Backset or Round Corner Latches please specify in the Comments Box upon checkout.
