I'm not sure why I was asked to provide a rating for these handles, as I never received them, but here was my experience with DK Hardware. After placing an online order for these due to being shown as "in stock" with shipping within one or two days I lost close to two weeks before I could get a straight answer from customer service that they were in fact, not in stock. In the meantime I was getting online pop ups from DK to shop now showing that the handles were in stock! I was eventually told roughly 3 months to receive "in stock" handles. I did receive a full refund in a timely fashion. It was the first time ordering from DK and most likely the last.
