The Norton 5740K3 5700 Series Door Closer Kit includes everything needed for a complete low-energy door automation solution: Norton 5740 operator (configured for push applications), push and pull arms, power cord, receiver, (2) push buttons, and (2) transmitters.

The Norton Rixson 5700 Series Low Energy Power Operators, featuring the Norton 5740, provide a quiet, ADA-compliant solution for automating both residential and commercial doors. At its core, the system utilizes a heavy-duty Norton Rixson 1600 Series door closer for smooth and consistent performance. This electrohydraulic closer is ideal for medium-traffic interior and exterior doors and is compatible with electric strikes and other access control accessories.

The Norton 5740 operator is non-handed and supports both push and pull side mounting. It accommodates doors up to 250 lbs and widths ranging from 28" to 48". With simple installation and activation through push buttons or wave-to-open switches, the Norton 5740 ensures reliable and user-friendly door automation.
