MODEL 93 | ARCHITECTURAL GRADE/OFFSET HUNG OVERHEAD CONCEALED CLOSER
The 93 Series overhead concealed closer is a single-acting, center-hung closer designed for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 250lbs. with aluminum, hollow metal, or wood frames.

- Adjustable spring 3-6 for larger doors (specify 93); adjustable spring 1-3 for lighter opening force (specify PH93 – ADA compliant)
- Staked, brass adjusting valves
- Separate and independent closing speed and latch speed valves and hydraulic backcheck valve
- All weather fluid (accommodates a temperature range from - 40° to 150°F.)
- Hold open; can be achieved by adding hold open assembly to track (100° maximum hold open) - specify 93H
- Extended spindle; 1/2" longer than standard closer spindle. Must be ordered as part of the closer; cannot be added
