NUVO Lighting 60-323 Ballerina, 5-Light, 36in, Vanity with Alabaster Glass Bell Shades

Yes. The Ballerina 60-323 carries a damp location rating and is cULus safety listed, so a bathroom vanity wall above a mirror is within its rating. It is an indoor fixture only, so do not use it on a covered porch or anywhere exposed to direct water.

Plan for a 36 inch run of wall. The fixture measures 36 inches wide, stands 7.63 inches tall, and projects 8.5 inches off the wall, so check that the 8.5 inch extension clears a medicine cabinet door, shower glass, or anything else swinging past. It mounts to the wall and weighs 11.03 lbs, so a standard wall box with the fixture's mounting strap handles it.

Bulbs are not included. You need five A19 lamps with a medium E26 base, rated up to 100W each on a 120V circuit. Any standard E26 A19 lamp works, including LED retrofits as long as they stay within that wattage ceiling.

No. The Ballerina 60-323 is not ADA compliant, and its 8.5 inch projection is the reason, it extends well past the 4 inch limit for wall-mounted items in an accessible route. For an ADA restroom or corridor you need a fixture specifically listed as ADA compliant with a shallow projection.

Yes on both counts. The 60-323 carries a California Prop 65 warning for lead, which matters if you are supplying a California project and need the warning passed through to the owner. It is also RoHS compliant.

NUVO Lighting part number 60-323, also printed as 60/323, from the Ballerina collection. That number covers the 36 inch five-light brushed nickel vanity with alabaster bell shades.

The shades are bell shaped alabaster glass, five of them, and bell shades on a vanity bar are normally hung shade-down. Mount it to the wall box centered on the mirror. Confirm orientation against the fixture's own installation sheet before you set the backplate, since inverting a bell shade changes how the lamp seats.
