Installation & Operation

1. Review manufacturer specifications and verify door preparation requirements including door thickness (1-3/4" to 2-1/4"), width (up to 4'-0"), and ANSI A115.2 or A115.18 cylinder lock preparation.
2. Use manufacturer-provided templates to mark mounting hole locations accurately on door and frame surfaces.
3. Prepare door by machining ANSI A115.2 (Type 161) or ANSI A115.18 cylinder lock preparation as specified.
4. Install active case using through bolts in ANSI A115.18 preparation without additional machining requirements.
5. Mount touchbar assembly and adjust for proper alignment ensuring 40-5/16" height from floor or as situation dictates.
