Installation & Operation

2. Use manufacturer-provided templates to mark mounting hole locations accurately on door surfaces for both handleset and deadbolt components.
3. Prepare door by drilling required holes for latch, deadbolt, and throughbolt according to manufacturer specifications.
4. Install latch mechanism (12-322) and deadbolt components, ensuring proper alignment with door edge preparation.
5. Mount exterior and interior handleset components using adjustable throughbolt system, adjusting up to 1-1/2" as needed for existing hole patterns.
6. Install strike plates (10-115 strike set) on door frame with provided reinforcement and 3" screws for secure mounting.
