1) How many conductors will the NSi 2024 neutral bar take, and what wire sizes?
The NSi 2024 stacked neutral bar gives 24 total terminal positions: 20 holes sized for 4 AWG through 14 AWG, plus 4 larger holes sized for 1/0 AWG through 14 AWG. So branch neutrals land in the small ports and the incoming or larger tap conductors go in the four big ones. Nothing bigger than 1/0 belongs on this bar.
2) Can I land aluminum conductors in this NSi neutral bar, or copper only?
Both. The 2024 bar is dual rated for copper and aluminum conductors, so a mixed panel with aluminum feeders and copper branch neutrals is fine on the same bar. The body is aluminum with a tin-plated finish, which is what keeps contact resistance down on aluminum terminations.
3) Is a 225A neutral bar enough for the panel I'm wiring?
The NSi 2024 is rated 225A at 600V, which covers typical 100A, 150A, and 200A panelboards and load centers as well as 225A equipment. Above 225A you need a larger bar.
