1) Can I use this 10250T pilot light in a Class I Division 2 hazardous area?
Yes, within the groups stated. The 10250T206HRP carries a NEC Class I Division 2, Groups B, C and D rating, which covers hydrogen, ethylene, and gasoline/propane atmospheres where the hazard is only present under abnormal conditions. It is not rated for Division 1, and Group A (acetylene) is not included.
2) What voltage does the 10250T206HRP indicating light run on, and can I wire it to 120V?
It is a 24 Vac/dc full voltage incandescent unit. Do not put 120V on it. If your control circuit is 120V you need a different light unit from the 10250T family rated for that voltage, or a control transformer stepping down to 24V.

It is rated NEMA 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 4X, 12 and 13, so it handles rain, sleet, hosedown, dust, oil and coolant. The 4X rating means it also stands up to corrosive washdown environments typical of food plants and wastewater. It is a watertight/oiltight device, not a submersible one.
4) Is the 10250T206HRP an LED or an incandescent pilot light?
Incandescent, full voltage at 24 Vac/dc. There is no resistor or transformer in the circuit, the lamp sees the full 24V directly. If you want LED life on the same panel cutout, you would specify an LED light unit from the 10250T series instead.
5) What color is this indicator and what is the lens made of?
Red plastic lens. Red is the usual choice for stop, fault or motor-running-in-hazard indication depending on your panel legend. Plastic rather than glass matters in a 4X washdown area where impact and chemical exposure are more likely than heat.
