1) What size bolt threads into the Minerallac 60404J drop-in anchor?
It takes a 3/8-16 bolt or threaded rod. The anchor body is internally threaded at 16 threads per inch, so the fastener threads down into the anchor rather than the anchor being a stud you thread a nut onto. That means you can remove and re-install the bolt, which is why drop-ins get used for hanging strut, trapeze supports, and equipment that may come back down later.
