Yes. The JSHC5161 is a 5/16-18 UN thread, 18 threads per inch, which is the standard coarse series for 5/16 inch diameter. It mates with any 5/16-18 tapped hole, nut, or channel/strut nut of the same thread. Thread length is governed by the 1 inch overall screw length, so for a blind hole make sure you have at least 1 inch of depth available under the head.
