Metallics HC6 – Frequently Asked Questions

1) What size floor opening does the Metallics HC6 cover?
The Metallics HC6 is a 6 inch floor opening/hole cover, sized to close off a 6 inch opening in a floor deck. If your opening is a different size, you need a different cover in the series, not this one.
2) What part number do I order for the Metallics 6 inch hole cover?
Order it as Metallics HC6. That is the single model and manufacturer part number for the 6 inch floor opening cover, so there are no finish or size options to specify.
3) Is the HC6 hole cover an electrical product or a general construction item?
Metallics catalogues the HC6 as an electrical supply item. It is the kind of cover used to close an unused 6 inch floor penetration where conduit or other rough-in was run, rather than a decorative floor plate.
How fast can I get the Metallics HC6 delivered?
