American Standard Aspirations 60 x 36 x 72-Inch Vertical Tile Bath Wall Set - AMS-2952BWT36

No tiling and no grout. The Aspirations set is a glue-up panel system with the vertical tile pattern molded into the surface, so it goes on the wall as panels and leaves nothing to grout later. For a property manager that is the real point: no grout lines to reseal on turnover and no grout for mildew to sit in.

Two add-ons work with the Aspirations system: the 65-inch Shelving Unit, model 7174000, and the Accessory Pack, model 7194000. Both are sold separately, so neither comes in the wall set carton. If you want storage in the shower, order them on the same job rather than cutting into the panels later.

Walls only. The Aspirations 60 x 36 x 72 set is a three-piece bath wall set, so the tub or shower base and the valve and trim are separate line items. Spec the base first, since the 60 x 36 footprint has to match it.

72 inches of wall height, which puts the top of the surround above a typical showerhead rise. That is the difference from the common 60 inch surround, which often stops right at or below the head and leaves a painted band of drywall in the spray zone.

The panel surface is stain and chip resistant and there is no grout in the system, which removes the two things that usually age a rental bathroom fastest: stained grout lines and chipped tile edges. American Standard rates the Aspirations family for residential use, so it suits apartments, condos, and single-family turnovers rather than a gym or dorm gang shower.

White only, in a glossy finish, ordered as MPN 2952BWT36.020. There is no other colorway in the set, which makes it straightforward to standardize across a building where every unit gets the same white surround.
