Standard height. The Colony3 sits at the traditional bowl height rather than the taller chair-height configuration many commercial and multi-family specs now call for. If your job calls for ADA-compliant seat height, this is the wrong model and you want a right-height or comfort-height elongated bowl instead.

1.6 gallons per flush, 6.0 liters. That is the federal maximum for a standard toilet rather than a 1.28 gpf HET, so it will not qualify for WaterSense-based rebate or green-build programs that require the lower volume. For straight replacement work in buildings already running 1.6 gpf fixtures, the flush volume matches what is there.

Elongated. The bowl projects further into the room than a round-front, which is worth checking in tight half-baths and older apartment layouts where clearance in front of the fixture is short. It also means any seat you buy has to be an elongated seat, not round.

The flush package is built around a 3-inch flush valve and a fully glazed 2-inch trapway, which moves water into the bowl fast and gives waste a smooth, wide path out. A PowerWash rim directs water around the bowl on each flush to help scrub it. The 2-inch trapway is the standard size for a residential-grade two-piece toilet, so for high-traffic public restrooms a flushometer-style bowl is the usual call.
