That's exactly what the pressure balance trim is for. It reacts to a pressure drop on the cold side (a toilet flush or another fixture opening) and throttles the hot proportionally so outlet temperature stays near where the lever was set. It is not a thermostatic valve, so it holds against pressure swings rather than against supply temperature changes.

The cartridge ships with the trim kit, so you aren't sourcing it separately at install. The valve body itself (the Flash rough-in) is still a separate purchase.
