The Madera 3461001 is a flushometer bowl, not a tank toilet. It has a top spud inlet, so the flush valve mounts above the bowl and connects down into the spud. The seat is not included either, so a commercial elongated seat has to be ordered alongside it.

The inlet spud is 1-1/2 inches (38 mm), which is the standard commercial flushometer size. Any 1-1/2 inch spud connection flush valve will land on it, and the valve mounts above the bowl rather than behind a tank.
