3) Can I install this stainless steel sink under a laminate countertop?
No. Undermount sinks need a countertop with a finished, sealed edge at the cutout, which means stone, quartz, solid surface or concrete. Standard laminate exposes a particleboard core at the cut and will swell. If your counter is laminate, you want a drop-in (top mount) sink instead. The Pekoe 35 x 18 is an undermount only.
