1) Does the American Standard Quentin T440502 tub and shower kit include the valve?
No. The Quentin T440502 is trim only, sold less valve. You get the metal lever handle, metal wall escutcheon, 6 inch brass rain showerhead, 12 inch shower arm and flange, and the metal slip-on diverter tub spout. The rough-in valve body has to be ordered separately, and it needs to be an R120 Series valve.
