Tank only. The 4326A104 is the Retrospect Champion PRO rough tank, so you order the matching Retrospect bowl separately to build a complete toilet. What comes in the box is the vitreous china tank with the 4 inch piston-action Accelerator flush valve, a metal trip lever, a metal shank fill valve, and EZ-Install tools with color match bowl caps.

It coordinates with the Retrospect suite, so pair it with a Retrospect bowl. Tank-to-bowl fit depends on the bolt pattern and the flush valve opening matching, and this is a trade exclusive Champion PRO tank built for that suite. Buying it to sit on an unrelated bowl is how you end up with a leak at the tank-to-bowl gasket.

Both are in the box. The tank ships with a metal shank fill valve and a metal trip lever, not plastic versions, plus the 4 inch Accelerator flush valve already fitted. What you still need to supply is the supply line and, if the bowl doesn't include them, the tank-to-bowl bolts and gasket kit and a new wax ring for the flange.

EverClean is a surface treatment fired into the vitreous china that inhibits the growth of stain and odor causing bacteria, mold and mildew on the glaze. It's included on the Retrospect Champion PRO tank. It doesn't change how you clean, it just slows down the staining between cleanings, which is why it shows up on multi-family and hospitality specs.

It's a residential fixture. For a house, an apartment unit, or a hotel guest bath it's the right class of product. For a high-traffic public restroom, the usual answer is a flushometer bowl on a metered valve rather than a tank type toilet, because a gravity tank has to refill between uses.
