American Standard Studio Dual Flush 12-Inch Rough Toilet Tank Cover - AMS-735168-400

The lid alone is available. American Standard part 735168-400.020 is the porcelain tank cover for the Studio dual flush toilet, sold as a standalone replacement, so a cracked or dropped lid does not force you into a new tank or a new toilet. It is the cover only, with no flush valve, actuator, or trim included.

It matches the Studio dual flush toilet built for a 12 inch (305mm) rough-in, the combination bowl-and-tank model that runs a 1.6 gpf full flush and a 1.1 gpf conserving flush. Tank lids are tank-specific castings, so check that the toilet you are covering is that Studio dual flush 12 inch rough model before ordering. A Studio one-piece or a single-flush Studio tank takes a different lid.

No. What you get is the china cover for the Studio dual flush tank, nothing else. A dual flush toilet's two-stage actuator mounts through the lid, so if yours is broken or missing you need to order that trim separately from the cover.

White is the only color it is made in, ordered as 735168-400.020. American Standard white is consistent across its china, so a white Studio bowl and tank will match. If your toilet is bone, linen, or any non-white color, this lid is not the one for that fixture.

For a building standardized on the Studio dual flush 12 inch rough toilet, 735168-400.020 in white is the one lid to keep on the shelf. It covers every unit of that model, so a broken cover becomes a same-day swap instead of a fixture replacement. Confirm the toilets are the dual flush Studio and not a single-flush Studio, because the tanks differ and so do their covers.

No. The Studio dual flush tank works on a 1.6 gpf (6.0 Lpf) full flush and a 1.1 gpf (4.1 Lpf) conserving flush, and those volumes are set by the flush valve and fill valve inside the tank. The cover is a china lid, so swapping it restores the fixture without touching flush performance.
