Yes. The SF77-857 oval cage wall fixture is rated for outdoor use and carries a Wet location rating, so it can go on an exposed wall where it takes direct rain, not just under a soffit. It is cULus safety listed. Mounting is wall only.

No lamp ships with it. You supply one A19 bulb with a medium E26 base, rated up to 60W maximum at 120V. Any A19 medium-base lamp in that wattage works, including LED retrofits; whether it dims depends entirely on the lamp you choose, since the fixture has no driver of its own.

Extension off the wall is 4 inches, with a 10 inch width and 5 inch height. At 4 inches of projection it stays well inside the clearance limit for a protruding object in a circulation path, and NUVO lists the fixture as ADA compliant. That makes it workable beside exterior doors and along corridors in multi-family and institutional buildings.

Both the body and the lens are polysynthetic, not metal or glass. For a property manager that is the point of the part: nothing to rust or corrode on a coastal or pool-deck wall, and no glass lens to shatter if a tenant or a mower clips it. Finish is black, and the whole fixture weighs about 1.48 lbs, so it is light enough for a single standard outlet box.

Black is the only finish for SF77-857. If a job needs matching cage wall fixtures in a different color, that is a different NUVO part number, not an option on this one.
