The smooth and effortless design of the TOTO GO 1.2 GPM Wall-Mount Single-Handle Bathroom Faucet boasts a new twist on a traditional design. This elongated faucet features TOTO's innovative Comfort Glide™ Technology that utilizes Diamond-Like Carbon coated ceramic cartridges for ultimate durability and protection against friction. This allows the user to control water flow in comfort with long-lasting ease of use. TOTO TLG01310UA#CP – Frequently Asked Questions

1) What do I need to rough in for the TOTO GO wall-mount bathroom faucet?
The GO wall-mount faucet needs two holes in the wall, and it connects with 1/2 inch NPT supplies. The valve ships with the spout and handle, so you are not sourcing that separately, but the drain assembly is not included and has to be ordered on its own.
2) What is the difference between TOTO TLG01310UA and TLG01311UA?
Length and reach. The TLG01310UA is the short version at 7-7/8 inches long with a 6.89 inch reach; the TLG01311UA is the long version at 9-3/4 inches with an 8-15/16 inch reach. Everything else is the same. Pick by how far the spout has to clear the basin rim from the wall.
3) Is the TOTO GO faucet ADA compliant for a commercial restroom?
Yes. The GO wall-mount faucet is ADA compliant and uses a lever handle, which is the operable type ADA calls for. It is also WaterSense certified and meets CALGreen and CEC requirements at 1.2 GPM, which matters on California projects and on LEED-oriented specs.
4) Can I replace a deck-mount lavatory faucet with the TOTO GO?
No. The GO in this configuration is wall-mount only and needs two holes in the wall behind the basin plus 1/2 inch NPT supply stubs in the wall. If your sink or counter is drilled for a deck faucet, this is the wrong mounting type and the wall would have to be opened and piped.
5) What finishes does the TOTO GO wall-mount faucet come in, and do both lengths come in both?
Polished chrome and brushed nickel, and both are offered in each length: TLG01310UA#CP and #BN in the short body, TLG01311UA#CP and #BN in the long body. Body is solid brass. For a multi-unit property standardizing on one look, either finish is available across the whole size range.
6) What else do I have to order to finish a TOTO GO wall-mount faucet install?
Spout, handle and valve come in the box. The drain assembly does not, so add a lavatory drain to the order. You will also need supply stops and connections matched to 1/2 inch NPT at the wall.
7) Does the TOTO GO faucet need power or batteries?
No. It is a manual single-handle mixing faucet with a lever, no battery and no power supply of any kind. Nothing to change out on a maintenance cycle and no transformer to rough in.
8) Will the handle on the TOTO GO get hot in a high-temperature hot water system?
The GO uses low-conductivity materials in the parts touching the handle specifically to slow heat transfer and keep the handle from warming up. That is a point worth knowing on institutional systems running elevated storage temperatures where users grip the lever directly.
9) How durable is the cartridge in the TOTO GO faucet for a high-traffic restroom?
The handle runs on a Diamond-Like Carbon coated ceramic cartridge, TOTO's COMFORT GLIDE design, which is there to resist friction wear so the feel of the handle stays the same over years of use. Combined with the solid brass body, it is built for repeated daily cycling rather than residential-only duty.
