TOTO THU9499 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) I'm a property manager replacing a leaking supply line on a TOTO G500 - is this the right part to order?
Yes, if the leak is at the water connection hose itself. THU9499 is the G500's supply hose, part number THU9499, so it's a direct like-for-like replacement for the original. If the leak is at a valve or fill component rather than the hose, you need a different G500 service part.
2) Will the THU9499 hose work on a TOTO model other than the G500?
No. THU9499 is the water connection hose specified for the G500, so order it by that model. For any other TOTO washlet or toilet, look up the supply hose listed for that specific model instead of substituting this one.
3) Does the TOTO THU9499 come in different lengths or finishes?
One configuration only. THU9499 is sold as a single part number with no length or finish choices, so there is nothing to specify when ordering beyond the part number itself.
