TOTO THU9965 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) Will the THU9965 side cover fit a round-front TOTO C200 washlet?
No. THU9965 is the D-shape version of the C200 side cover and is shaped to that seat profile. For a round-front C200 you need the round-shape side cover instead, so match the shape of the washlet you already have before ordering.
2) What is TOTO part THU9965?
THU9965 is a TOTO replacement side cover for the C200 washlet, the D-shape version. It is the plastic cover plate that conceals the mounting and connection area at the side of the seat unit, so it is a cosmetic/protective replacement part rather than a functional washlet component.
3) I manage a building with TOTO C200 washlets and one side cover is cracked. Do I have to replace the whole seat?
No. The side cover is available on its own as TOTO THU9965 for D-shape C200 units, so a cracked or missing cover can be swapped without replacing the washlet. Confirm the unit is a C200 and the D-shape profile, since the cover is specific to that model and shape.
4) Is the TOTO C200 D-shape side cover sold as a single piece or a pair?
THU9965 is ordered as one part number with no size, hand, or finish choices, so there is a single configuration of this C200 D-shape side cover. If you need covers for both sides of the unit, order the quantity you need rather than looking for a left/right variation.
