TOTO THU691 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) Is the TOTO THU691 cord hook a replacement part or a complete seat?
It is a replacement hardware part only, not a washlet seat. THU691 covers the cord hook assembly for the S400, so if the hook broke or went missing during a service call you can order just this piece rather than the whole unit.
2) Will the THU691 cord hook fit a TOTO washlet other than the S400?
The THU691 is called out specifically as the S400 cord hook assembly. Match it to an S400 unit; for any other washlet model, order the cord hook listed for that model instead.
3) What is TOTO part THU691?
THU691 is the S400 cord hook assembly, the small mounting hardware piece that holds the power cord routing hook for the seat. It ships as a single part number, THU691.
4) How many pieces or finish choices does TOTO THU691 come in?
One configuration only. THU691 is a single orderable part number with no size or finish options, so there is nothing to specify when you order it beyond the quantity you need.
