TOTO THU709 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) What is the TOTO THU709 cord hook assembly used for?
The THU709 is a TOTO replacement cord hook assembly, a piece of undercounter mounting hardware used to route and secure the power cord on a TOTO S400 washlet installation. It is a service part, not a complete seat or bidet unit, so it is what you order when the original hook is broken, lost, or missing from a prior install.
2) What part number should I give my plumber to order the S400 cord hook?
Ask for TOTO THU709. That is the manufacturer part number for the S400 cord hook assembly, and it is the only configuration it ships in, so there are no finish or size choices to specify on the order.
3) Does the THU709 include the washlet or any electrical components?
No. The THU709 is mounting hardware only, a cord hook assembly. It carries and secures the cord; it contains no washlet, seat, valve, or electrical device. If you need the fixture itself, order the S400 unit separately.
