TOTO THP4969 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) Will the THP4969 set screw fit any TOTO faucet, or only the Connelly?
It is specified for the TSPTM Connelly faucet application. Set screws on TOTO handles are model-specific in thread and length, so confirm your faucet is a Connelly before ordering rather than assuming it crosses to another TOTO series.
2) What is the TOTO THP4969 set screw with hex wrench used for?
THP4969 is a TOTO faucet service part: a set screw supplied with the matching hex wrench, sold as an extension part for the TSPTM Connelly application. It is the small fastener and tool you need when servicing or reassembling the faucet, not a complete trim or valve.
3) Does the TOTO THP4969 come with the hex wrench, or do I need to supply my own tool?
The wrench is included. THP4969 ships as a set screw with its hex wrench, so a maintenance tech does not have to match an Allen key size on site.
4) What part number should I give purchasing to order the TOTO Connelly faucet set screw?
Order TOTO manufacturer part number THP4969. That is the single orderable configuration for this set screw and hex wrench, so there is no finish or size to specify.
