TOTO THU9492 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) What does the TOTO THU9492 top lid cushion fit?
The THU9492 is a TOTO service part for the S300e and S350e Washlet baseplate assembly. It is the cushion that sits on the baseplate under the seat/lid stack, so it applies to those two Washlet models and not to other TOTO seat series.
2) My Washlet seat rocks or scuffs the bowl - is the THU9492 the part I need?
On an S300e or S350e, the top lid cushion on the baseplate is what the seat rests against, so a worn, flattened, or missing cushion is a common cause of rocking and rubbing. THU9492 is that replacement cushion. Confirm your unit is an S300e or S350e first, since the cushion is specific to that baseplate assembly.
3) What part number do I order for a TOTO S350e baseplate cushion?
Order TOTO THU9492. That is the manufacturer part number for the top lid cushion used in the S300e/S350e baseplate assembly, and it is sold as a single option with no finish or size choices to specify.
