• 1855S Manual Flush Bolts
  • For Metal Door, Single
  • UL Listed for use on metal fire doors up to 4'0" x 8'0" for up to and including 3 hours
  • 3/4" throw with 3/4" rod basket
  • Standard rod length = 12"
  • 1-1/2" adjustable bolt head
  • Meets or exceeds BHMA L14251, ANSI 156.16
  • Standard weight = 1 lb.
  • Extra long bolt head - 2-1/2" (or to your specification)

• 1855P Manual Flush Bolts
  • For Metal Door, Pair
  • For Fire Rated Hollow Metal Swinging Doors measuring up to 4'w x 9'h rated up to and including 3 Hours
  • Fits ANSI A115 door and frame preparation
  • 3/4" bolt throw, 3/4" rod backset
  • 12" rod length (center of face to bolt end - retracted)
  • 1-1/2" adjustable bolt head
  • When door is subjected to 230��F the plug and black plastic cover will melt allowing the bolt to project, locking the leaves together
  • Bottom fire bolt eliminates need for floor prep
  • Oversize fire bolt strike hole allows for slight door misalignment
  • Extra long bolt head - 2-1/2" (or to your specification)

• 1857S Manual Flush Bolts  
  • For Wood Door, Single
  • UL Listed for use on wood or plastic covered composite type fire doors up to 4'0" x 8'0" for up to and including 90 minutes
  • Supplied with a corner reinforcement plate to maintain door strength
  • 3/4" throw with 3/4" rod basket
  • Standard rod length = 12"
  • 1-1/2" adjustable bolt head
  • Meets or exceeds  BHMA L14251, ANSI 156.16 
  • Standard weight = 1 lb.
