The 93RK/100 ships without a cylinder. You add your own cylinder, which is how facilities keep padlocks on the same key system already running in the building. If you want a padlock that arrives complete with the cylinder in it, the Medeco 5260 brass body padlock comes with an M3 cylinder, and the Medeco 54515G XT electronic padlock is also supplied with cylinder.

Shackle diameter is 19/32 inch with 1-3/8 inches of horizontal clearance, so the opening in your hasp, chain link or lockout point has to be wider than 19/32 inch, and anything you pass the shackle around cannot be thicker than 1-3/8 inches across.
