2) Will an Arlington LT90 connector work on both metallic and non-metallic liquid tight flexible conduit?
Yes. The LT90 is a Type B fitting built for use with both metallic and non-metallic liquid tight conduit, so the same connector serves LFMC and LFNC runs. What it will not do is terminate standard flexible metal conduit (Greenfield) or EMT, which need their own fitting types.
