Yes. The Arlington FA10 series adjustable non-metallic box is ordered as FA101 for a 1 gang vertical, FA101H for a 1 gang horizontal, FA102 for a 2 gang vertical, and FA103 for a 3 gang vertical. Horizontal is only offered in the single gang, so if you need a two or three gang opening you are running vertical.
