2) How many nuts do I need per sensor when I mount through a bracket?
Standard practice is two nuts per barrel sensor, one on each side of the bracket or panel, so the sensor can be jam-locked at the right sensing distance. The E58KNS18 is an 18mm nut, so buy in pairs for each 18mm sensor you are mounting.
