It is cULus Listed, which is what an inspector on a commercial or institutional job normally wants to see on a support used to hang conduit, raceway, or lighting from structural steel. That listing applies to the clip itself.

That is the point of it. The BH2-E series clip slides onto the beam or joist flange and gives you a threaded rod attachment point with no drilling, welding, or hot work permit. For electrical contractors running conduit or fixture drops overhead in existing steel, it is the fast route; where there is no exposed flange to grab (concrete deck, wood framing) you need a different family of anchor entirely.

No. The BH2-E-9-12 is the beam attachment clip only. The threaded rod, nuts, and whatever hangs off the bottom (conduit strap, trapeze channel, fixture hanger) are ordered separately.
