B-Line Eaton series open racks, Aluminum, #12-24 mounting hardware, Aluminum - brushed, Fixed keyboard shelf

The SB74019AL is an 18.31 inch wide fixed keyboard shelf built for Eaton B-Line series open frame racks, which use 19 inch EIA rack rails. The 18.31 inch shelf width clears the inside of the uprights while the mounting flanges land on the rail holes. Depth is 8.5 inches and the shelf is 1.25 inches high, so it occupies minimal vertical space in the rack.

It mounts with #12-24 hardware, which is the thread B-Line specifies for this aluminum keyboard shelf. If your rack rails are tapped #10-32 instead, the screws will not thread in, so confirm the rail tapping before you order.

Fixed. The SB74019AL mounts solid to the rack rails with no slide rails or retracting tray, so the keyboard sits at a set height and depth. If you need the keyboard to tuck away between uses, you want a sliding or retractable tray instead, not this model.

The SB74019AL gives 8.5 inches of depth and 18.31 inches of width, which takes a full width keyboard front to back on its footprint but leaves no room behind it for a mouse or a laptop. For a mousing surface or anything deeper than a keyboard, step up to a deeper rack shelf.

Aluminum with a brushed aluminum finish. That keeps it light at 1.8 pounds, which matters on an open frame rack where you are hanging the shelf off two rails rather than four posts, and the bare aluminum will not match black powder coated racks if appearance matters in your space.

Order it as Eaton B-Line SB74019AL. That single part number covers the aluminum, brushed finish, fixed keyboard shelf configuration for B-Line series open frame racks.
