B-Line Eaton series open racks, Steel, Telco gray powder coat, 79" rack mounting units spacing qty., Swing gate wall mount equipment rack, ASTM 569

The frame alone is 114 pounds before any equipment goes on it, and because it is a swing gate the load acts as a cantilever off the wall. That means you want to land it on solid masonry or on plywood backing spanning multiple studs, not on drywall anchors. Add up your equipment weight on top of the 114 pounds and size the anchors for the combined load.

A swing gate rack like the SB508096TG keeps the floor clear, which is what you want in a tight closet or a room where the mop and the floor drain matter. It mounts to the wall and swings out so you can get behind the equipment. Go with a floor standing open frame or a four post rack instead when you are loading heavy UPS batteries or deep servers, or when the wall cannot take a 114 pound cantilevered frame plus gear.

What is defined here is the swing gate wall mount equipment rack itself in steel with the Telco gray powder coat finish. Wall anchors have to be selected for your substrate anyway, so specify those separately, and order rack screws, cable management, and any vertical wire managers as line items alongside the frame.

The finish is Telco gray powder coat, the same gray used across Eaton B-Line open frame racks and cable runway, so it will read as a match against existing B-Line equipment in the room. Powder coat over steel also holds up to being knocked by carts and ladders better than a painted finish.
