The TK006 is a turn knob only, so it will not do that job. 2) Is the Baldwin TK006 rated for commercial traffic, or should I specify something else for an office or storeroom door?
The TK006 is a residential turn knob. For a commercial opening that needs a graded cylindrical lock, the Sargent 8XG04 is a Grade 1 heavy duty storeroom knob lock on a 2-3/4 inch backset, the Sargent 6G04 is a Grade 2 storeroom knob lock with single cylinder, and the BEST 8K entrance function knob lock is Grade 1 heavy duty. 3) Can a Schlage A170 single dummy knob be used in place of a Baldwin TK006 turn knob?

The Schlage A170 is a single dummy trim, a Grade 2 cylindrical knob that is fixed and does not rotate or operate any latch.
