2) Can I use a Bell 5388-0 outdoors on an exposed wall?
Yes. The 5388-0 is a weatherproof box intended for exposed exterior work, exterior receptacle and lighting wiring, and commercial or industrial outdoor conduit runs. It is UL Listed and CSA Certified. To keep the assembly weathertight you still need a weatherproof cover suited to the devices you're installing, plus plugs in any hubs you don't use.
3) Does the Bell 5388-0 come with a cover?
The 5388-0 is the box only, a 2-gang weatherproof deep body with five 3/4 inch threaded hubs. Order the cover separately and match it to the devices going in, whether that's a duplex or GFCI cover or an in-use (while-in-use) cover if the outlet will have something plugged in continuously. You'll also want threaded closure plugs for the hubs you leave open.

It is not intended for NM cable, which is not permitted in wet locations anyway. For an underground or wet-location feed, land your conduit directly into one of the hubs.
