1) Do carriage bolts come with nuts and washers?
No. The JCB33 jar is bolts only, 25 pieces. You supply the 1/2-13 hex nuts and flat washers separately. Thread is 13 threads per inch, right hand, so any standard 1/2-13 coarse nut threads on.
