1) Can I use these lag bolts outdoors or in a damp mechanical room without them rusting?
Yes. These are 18-8 stainless steel lag bolts, and Metallics states they have superior corrosion resistance to galvanized steel bolts. That makes them a reasonable pick for exterior strut, rooftop condenser stands, and wet mechanical spaces where zinc plated lags would bleed rust.
2) Are Metallics JBLS30SS lag bolts Buy American or ARRA compliant for a government job?

3) What socket or wrench size do I need for a 1/2 inch stainless hex lag bolt?
