The UBS015 is a 5/16-18 U-bolt with a 2-1/2 inch inside width and 3-3/16 inch leg length, so it wraps anything whose outside diameter is up to about 2-1/2 inches. In trade terms that puts 2 inch rigid conduit and 2 inch iron pipe (roughly 2-3/8 inches OD) within range, while 2-1/2 inch nominal pipe will not fit. Measure the actual OD of the run, not the nominal size, before you commit.

Material is 18-8 stainless steel, the common austenitic grade used for general corrosion resistance. That makes it suitable for exterior conduit runs, mechanical rooms, rooftop equipment supports and damp interiors where a plain or zinc-plated U-bolt would rust. The nuts supplied with it are made to ASTM F594, the standard for stainless steel nuts.

Two hex nuts ship with each U-bolt, one per threaded leg, so no separate nut order is needed. What is not included is any backing plate or saddle, so if your application needs a cross plate to bridge a strut or channel you will have to source that on its own.
