1) Is the Metallics JMSBHC1225 M12 bolt fully threaded or does it have a shoulder?
It is built to DIN 933, which is the fully threaded hex cap screw standard, so the M12 x 25 mm thread runs right up to the hex head. If you need unthreaded shank in the grip, DIN 933 is the wrong standard for the job.
2) What thread pitch do these M12 bolts have, and will they thread into a standard M12 nut?
Thread pitch is 1.75 mm, which is standard M12 coarse thread, so they mate with any M12 x 1.75 nut or tapped hole. Threads are cut to ISO 724 and ISO 965-1. If your nut or strut channel is M12 x 1.25 or 1.5 fine thread, these will not engage.
3) Are these stainless hex bolts suitable for outdoor or wet locations?
