1) What pipe sizes and lengths does the Boshart NIPGL4 galvanized nipple come in?
Four trade sizes: 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, 1-1/4 inch and 1-1/2 inch. Lengths run 18, 24, 30, 36 and 48 inches. Not every size carries every length, though. The 3/4, 1-1/4 and 1-1/2 inch nipples are made in all five lengths; the 1/2 inch is made in 18, 30, 36 and 48 inches only. If you need a 24 inch run in 1/2 inch, you would have to step up a size or combine shorter pieces.
2) Are both ends of this galvanized nipple threaded male, or is one end female?
