2) Can I use aluminum ground wire in a Bridgeport MCC grounding coupling, or is it copper only?
Both, but read the range carefully. Bridgeport lists the MCC couplings under a copper conductor range, and each size also carries a stated aluminum stranded range: 6 to 2 on the 1/2 inch, 2 to 3/0 on the 3/4 inch, and 3/0 to 4/0 compact stranded on the 1 inch. Aluminum has to be stranded in every size; the solid ranges given are copper only.

The Mighty-Bond MCC is a coupling: it joins rigid conduit and gives you a set-screw point to secure the grounding conductor at the same time, so you get the splice and the bond in one fitting. A grounding bushing terminates a conduit end into an enclosure and protects the wire at the throat. If you are bonding where two lengths of rigid meet, the coupling is the fitting; if you are landing a conduit end at a panel knockout, use a bushing.
