1) Is the Bussmann NON fuse current limiting?
No. The NON series is a one-time, non-current-limiting Class H fuse. It clears the fault but it does not cut the let-through energy the way a current-limiting fuse does, so it is not a substitute where a panel schedule or equipment label calls for a current-limiting fuse (Class J, RK1, or similar). Use it where the drawing calls for Class H supplemental or light duty branch protection, and nowhere the design depends on limiting peak let-through.
2) Will a Bussmann NON fuse fit my existing fuse block or holder?
The NON is built ferrule end x ferrule end, so it drops into standard ferrule-type Class H fuse clips and blocks. Ferrule construction is used on the smaller ratings in the Class H family; the larger ratings in a Class H line are commonly knife blade rather than ferrule, so match your block style to the fuse before ordering. Class H dimensions are non-rejecting, which is why a Class H fuse fits a Class H block of the same voltage and amp range.
3) Is the Bussmann NON a good choice for protecting a motor or a transformer inrush?

On a three-fuse block you are metering across each fuse or pulling them to find the open one. If a maintenance crew needs to spot a blown fuse at a glance in a control panel, specify an indicating fuse or an external blown-fuse indicator instead.
6) Can a blown Bussmann NON fuse be renewed or does it get replaced?
Replaced. The NON is a one-time, non-renewable fuse, meaning there is no replaceable link inside it. Once it opens it goes in the bin and a new fuse of the same amp rating goes in.
