For starters, I ordered 4 LH door locks. I received 2-LH and 2-RH locks. They are supposed to be switched able to change Hand side. I followed the instructions to do so. But, when in the process of pushing the mechanism to do that… one metal baring came out of the lock housing. I thought it may be a defective one. So I reached out to the extra lock and tried to change the hand side too. And same thing happened. Now they either work as a passage lock. Or, none of the inside or outside levers turn or open the door lock. I noticed also a small spring loose inside the mechanism/lock housing. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated!!
