All three. The A238 4-inch square 2-gang box uses selective ENT openings sized for 1/2 in., 3/4 in. and 1 in. ENT, so you knock out only the size the run calls for and leave the rest closed. That means one box part number covers a branch circuit in 1/2 inch and a heavier feeder in 1 inch on the same job.
2) Is 38 cubic inches enough box fill for two devices and several 12 AWG conductors?
The A238 is a 38 cu. in. two-gang box, which is the larger of Carlon's two ENT box sizes (the single gang is 22 cu. in.). 3) Can I use this box with EMT or flex, or is it ENT only?
