No. The PowerPacT Q QBL32100 is rated 240 V AC at 50/60 Hz, so it is limited to 240V systems. For a 480V feeder you need a breaker rated for that voltage; do not apply this one above its 240V rating.
2) What wire size do the lugs on the Square D QBL32100 accept?
The Q-Frame breaker has lugs on both line and load sides sized for 25 to 150 mm2 conductors, which is AWG 4 through 300 kcmil. Tightening torque is 28 N.m and the wire stripping length is 22 mm. That range covers typical 100A copper or aluminum feeder conductors with room for upsized runs.
